Dip two-thirds of each marshmallow in melted candy coating; allow excess to drip off. Dip in cracker crumbs, covering about half of the chocolate. Steps to make Smores Pops:
  1. Take the 12 skewers and pierce them through the middle of the large marshmallows.
  2. Utilizing a blender or food processor, pulse graham crackers into a fine crush. Not all the way to a powder. About 4-5 whole graham blocks will suffice.
  3. Using a double boiler method, melt chocolate.
  4. Now to assemble. Place graham crackers that have been processed into a bowl.
  5. Dip marshmallows into chocolate going 3/4 of the way up the marshmallow. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Now dip freshly dipped marshmallows into the graham crackers, halfway up the chocolate level.
  7. Have a parchment lined tray ready to put finished pops on. Chill for 1/2 hour before serving.

S'mores pops have the same great taste of s'mores, but on a stick - with gooey marshmallow and crunchy graham crackers all dipped in chocolate! Love s'mores, but want them all year long?
