- Properly mix all the ingredients & keep it cover for 1 hour for fermentation.
- Preheat the pressure cooker & put the ghee & form a thin layer coating all over the inner surface.(here you can use oven also).
- Pour the fermented batter into the cooker & cover it with lid without the whistle.
- Place the cooker in lower flame for about 40 to 50 mints.Then switch off the flame & wait the cooker to cool down.
- After that carefully remove the Pitha & cut into your desire shape.
- Enjoy the delicious Pitha.
