Steps to make Chocolate cake:
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Stif together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- In a different bowl add the milk and white vinegar. Let it stand for a couple of minutes. Then add the egg yolks, vanilla, oil and coffee. Mix them well together.
- Pour the milk mixture to the flours and mix them well.
- Beat the egg whites separately, until you have a white foam. Incorporate it to the batter very slowly, without over beating.
- Put the batter in two 8" molds, greased.
- Bake them for 25-30 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- For the fudge put all the ingredients, except the butter in a cooking pan, over medium heat. Move it constantly until you have the desire texture. When ready put a teaspoon of butter to give it that shine.
- When the cake is ready let it cool for about 5 min in the mold and then in the rack. Put 1 of the cakes as a base and top it with the fudge. Then put the other cake on top of it and cover completely with fudge.
