- Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil then add the onions fry it until it becomes light brown in colour

- After adding all the masala well, cook for few minutes until the oil gets seperated
- After that add the smashed boiled potatoes and cook it for another few minutes
- Keep this mixture aside and let it cool. We are going to use this mixture for outer covering
- Now I have taken 5 boiled eggs which are sliced into halves making 10 pieces
- Now take a bowl and make a mixture of 2 beaten eggs a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1teaspoon of cornflour mix it well
- In a plate add two cups of bread crumbs for coating. You can also add 1tablespoon of bread in that mixture for binding.
- Now preparing the devils, take one sliced egg apply the mixture on the both side to seal the egg slices. Now dip that egg devil in the egg cornflour mixture and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Apply this process twice. As we are going to do this for double coating.
