Sift dry ingredients together and add to the batter alternately with the mashed bananas; stir in vanilla.

- Pour this mixture into greased cake tins.
- Sprinkle dry fruits and raisins.Bake for 17-20 minutes at 180 c or skewer stick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool down and serve.
