While cake is cooling make the frosting: combine milk & flour in a saucepan & cook over low heat until thick, whisking constantly. Cover & refrigerate until chilled. - 5. In a bowl beat butter, sugar, shortening & vanilla until creamy. Then add the - chilled milk & flour mixture and beat for 10 minutes. - 6. Frost ur cake & prepare to be whisked away to rich, moist, chocolatey heaven :)
