Instructions to make Chocolate cake:
  1. Melt the butter sliwly. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the sugar until it has a pale colour. Pre-heat oven at 170C.
  2. Add the butter and mix well. Then add the flour and the cornstarch sieving it little by litle.
  3. Between each addition of flour/cornstarch add a bit of milk of the 160ml.
  4. Once the flour, the cornsarch and the milk are in add the cocoa powder all at once and mix. Then add 16g of the baking powder.
  5. Beat the egg whites until soft picks and add them slowly. Melt the chocolate with 10ml of water.
  6. Wash and grate the orange's skin.
  7. Put 1/3 of the batter in another bowl, add the melted chocolate and the grated orange. If you want more orange flavour squeeze it to get some juice.
  8. Add the rest of baking powder to the part of the batter we didn't touch.
  9. Put the orange-flavoured part on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 30-40 minutes (20min. from the bottom and then 20min. from both sides.)
