Add ground chicken, garlic, cumin, garam … Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use tongs to move the steaks to a paper towel-lined plate. In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Roast peppers over an open flame or under a preheated broiler to blacken skins.

- Serve with stir fry veggies(I fried in butter) and butter rice.
