Instructions to make No Oven Decadent Chocolate Cake:
- First mix all dry ingredients take bowl add wheat flour, coco powder, baking powder,salt and powdered sugar and mix it seive it
- Mix all wet ingredients water vinegar vanilla essence, tsp coffee powder.
- Preheat kadhai or cooker. Place salt into it and keep a stand at 1 inch. Preheat on high flame for 5 to 7 minutes
- Grease the circle mould dust with dry ingredients and keep aside
- Now mix all the dry ingredients into wet ingredient and mix it. Make a smooth ribbon batter pour into the mould. Tap it and place into the cooker. Close the lid and cook in high flame for 5 mins and in medium flame in 20 minutes
- For chocolate frosting- take a pan add butter add dark chocolate mix it add 2 tbsp fresh cream.
- After 20 to 25 minutes check cake in the centre using tooth pick whether it's comes out cake is ready
- Take out from it.brush upper layer using milk and get cool.
- After that cut it in the centre apply chocolate ganache in the centre and spread it place other half cake spread chocolate ganache and freeze it for 15 minutes
- For Cream whipping- take any whipping cream keep in deep freezer for half and hour. After it whisk it using electric whisker and stir it. Add powder sugar whisk it again. Once peak foam cream is ready
- Fill cream in pipping bag place nossle and decorate design. Once all done keep it in friedge for half an hour
- Chocolate cake, Decadent cake is ready to serve….!
